RichMon is a database monitoring tool for Oracle databases that I first began working on in 2003. It is a personal project, and as such has no warranty or support. I use this on occasions when a customer does not have a functioning OEM (why are so many so slow) or other tool I can utilize.
It is written in Java using a JavaFX interface. Thus, it requires java runtime to be installed. The current release has been thoroughly modified and aimed squarely at Oracle 19c and above. Older RichMon releases exist and can be used against older databases, but if you’ve not upgraded to 19c by now your database is probably not very important.
